2002-093 RESOLUTION NO. 2002R-93
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 97R-101 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES
OF COMPENSATION FOR UNREPRESENTED PART-TIME JOB CLASSIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated
May 7, 2002, that Resolution No. 97R-101 be amended in the manner hereinafter set forth
effective September 27, 2002, and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 97R-101 which
established rates of compensation for classifications designated as Unrepresented Part-Time;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that amending Resolution
No. 97R-101 is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim as
follows:
1. That Section 1 of Resolution No. 97R-101 be amended by changing the effective
date for the following classifications to September 27, 2002:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this Resolution shall be
September 27, 2002.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended herein, Resolution No.
97R-101 shall remain in full force and effect.
