AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN TITLE 18 OF THE
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING
(NORTHEAST INDUSTRIAL AREA SPECIFIC PLAN NO.
94-1) .
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:

WHEREAS, subsequent to adoption of said resolutions,
the City Council did introduce and adopt Ordinance No. 5517
amending the Anaheim Municipal Code to establish the zoning and
development standards for the Northeast Area Specific Plan No.
94-1, designated as "Chapter 18.110. Specific Plan 94-1 (SP 94-
1) Zoning and Development Standards."
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That the Zoning Map referred to in Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by
rezoning and reclassifying that certain property situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described
in Attachment 1 to this Ordinance, which is incorporated herein,
into the "SP 94-1" (SPECIFIC PLAN 94-1) ZONE, subject to the
following conditions:
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
1. That the completion of these reclassification proceedings
(reclassifying the project area to the SP94-1 Zone) is
contingent upon approval and adoption of General Plan
Amendment No. 334 by the City Council.
2. That approval of this application constitutes approval of
the proposed request only to the extent that it complies
with the Anaheim Municipal Zoning Code and any other
applicable City, State and Federal regulations. Approval
does not include any action or findings as to compliance or
approval of the request regarding any other applicable
ordinance, regulation or requirement.

3. That no development shall occur unless such development is
substantially in conformance with the Northeast Area
Specific Plan No. 94-1 document on file with the Planning
Department.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the Planning
Department is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 12th day of September,
1995.
