AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING THE
ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission hereto fore held a
duly noticed public hearing and, as a result thereof, did adopt
its Resolution No. PC90-187 determining that a change or changes
in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should
be made; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.
That the zoning map referred to in Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by
rezoning and reclassifying that certain property situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described
as follows, to wit:
THAT PORTION OF THE LANDS ALLOTTED TO MARIA PERALTA DE
ALVAREZ, AS DIRECTED IN THE FINAL DECREE OF PARTITION
OF THE RANCHO SANTIAGO DE SANTA ANA, WHICH WAS ENTERED
SEPTEMBER 12, 1968 IN BOOK "B", PAGE 410 OF JUDGMENTS
OF THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE 17TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT IN
AND FOR LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, DESCRIBED AS
FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEASTERLY CORNER OF LOT 60 OF
TRACT NO. 9268, AS SHOWN ON A MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 413,
PAGES 1 TO 11 INCLUSIVE OF MISCELLANEOUS MAPS, IN THE
OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF SAID ORANGE COUNTY,
SAID POINT LYING IN THE WESTERLY LINE OF LONDERRY LANE,
54 FEET WIDE, AS SHOWN ON THE MAP OF SAID TRACT NO.
9268; THENCE SOUTH 54 DEGREES 38' 54" EAST 54 FEET;
THENCE NORTH 87 DEGREES 23' 29" EAST ALONG THE
SOUTHERLY LINE OF 55 OF SAID TRACT NO. 9268, 153.00
FEET; THENCE SOUTH 76 DEGREES 09' 33" EAST ALONG THE
SOUTHWESTERLY LINE OF LOT 54 OF SAID TRACT NO. 9268,
180.00 FEET TO AN ANGLE POINT IN THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF
SAID LOT 54; THENCE SOUTH 53 DEGREES 00' 26" WEST,
415.12 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 32 DEGREES 45' 26" WEST; 54
FEET; THENCE NORTH 57 DEGREES 47' 27" WEST 364.09 FEET
TO THE BEGINNING OF A TANGENT CURVE, CONCAVE
NORTHEASTERLY AND HAVING A RADIUS OF 227.00 FEET;

SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the Planning
Department is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3. CERTIFICATION
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a
newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in
said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage,
it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 22nd day of August ,
1995.
