AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM REPEALING
SECTION 13.08.100 OF CHAPTER 13.08 OF TITLE 13
OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATINP TO
PUBLIC PARKS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM HEREBY ORDAINS
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Section 13.08.100 of Chapter 13.08 of Title 13 of
the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
SECTION 2.
That Ordinance No. 5396 be, and the same is hereby,
repealed.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 27th day of June
1995.
