AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING SECTION 1.04.110 OF CHAPTER
1.04 OF TITLE 1, AND AMENDING SECTION
3.04.010 OF CHAPTER 3.04 OF TITLE 3,
OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO DEPARTMENTS OF THE CITY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM HEREBY ORDAINS
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Section 1.04.110 of Chapter 1.04 of Title 1 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended to read as
follows:
"1.04.110 CITY DEPARTMENTS CREATED.
There are hereby created the following departments:

City Treasurer Department

Stadium and Convention Center Department."
SECTION 2.
That subsection .040 of Section 3.04.010 of Chapter 3.04
of Title 3 of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby,
amended to read as follows:
".040 'Collector' shall mean the Finance Director
of the City of Anaheim or such other official charged with
the administration of this title or his or her designee."
SECTION 3.
SEVERABILITY
The City Council of the City of Anaheim hereby declares
that should any section, paragraph, sentence or word of this
ordinance of the Code, hereby adopted, be declared for any reason to
be invalid, it is the intent of the Council that it would have passed
all other portions of this ordinance independent of the elimination
herefrom of any such portion as may be declared invalid.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim this 13th day of June , 1995.
