A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 2014-093 FOR THE PURPOSE OF
CREATING, DELETING AND/OR MODIFYING
CERTAIN CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS
ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated January 27, 2015, that the need exists to create, delete and/or modify certain
classifications within the designation of Administrative Management, effective January 30, 2015;
and
WHEREAS, such additions, deletions and modifications require an amendment
to Section 1 of Resolution No. 2014-093, as amended; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that creating,
deleting and/or modifying such classifications to or within the designation of Administrative
Management is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
SECTION 1.
1. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2014-093, is hereby amended by
creating the following classification and allocating it to the salary range as follows:
Classification Salary Ranges
Personnel Services Manager XCR19
2. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2014-093 be amended by changing the
Title of the following Classification:
From To Salarv Ranqe
Utilities Assistant General Manager — Utilities Assistant General Manager — XCR25
Joint Services Strategic Services
3. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2014-093, as amended, is hereby
further amended by deleting the following classification:

SECTION 2.
Except as amended herein, Resolution No. 2014-093, as amended, shall remain
in fuil force and effect.
SECTION 3.
The effective date of said amendment to Resolution No. 2014-093, as amended,
is January 30, 2015.
SECTION 4.
The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this Resolution.
