A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING RATES OF
COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS
ASSIGNED TO THE INTERNATIONAL
BROTHERHOOD OF ELECTRICAL WORKERS,
LOCAL 47
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated January 27, 2015, that a new job classification series be established in the International
Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 47, effective January 30, 2015; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the creation of
this new classification series and assignment t� the International Brotherhood of Electrical
Workers, Local 47, is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that effective January 30, 2015, the basic compensation plan for all officers and
employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be employed in
the classification listed below shall be allocated to the following Salary Range:

Water Utility Inspector I $25.21 -$30.67 4— 9 85% Electrical Utility Inspector
Water Utility Inspector II $29.66 -$36.08 4— 9 100% Electrical Utility Inspector
That, Appendix A of the Memorandum of Understanding between the
International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 47, as amended, is hereby amended
further by deleting the following classification:

Water Utility Inspector $29.66 - $36.08
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this Resolution is
January 30, 2015.
