AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN TITLE 18 OF THE
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council heretofore held a duly noticed
public hearing and, as a result thereof, did adopt its Resolution
No. PC88-154, as amended by Resolution No. PC93-81, determining
that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned
and described should be made, unconditionally.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That the Zoning Map referred to in Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by
rezoning and reclassifying that certain property situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described
as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID SOUTH
5 ACRES; THENCE NORTH 334.76 FEET ALONG THE
EAST LINE THEREOF; THENCE WEST 325.24 FEET TO
THE WEST LINE OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SAID
SECTION 13; THENCE SOUTH 334.85 FEET ALONG SAID
WEST LINE TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID SOUTH
5 ACRES; THENCE EAST 325.24 FEET TO THE POINT
OF BEGINNING.
THE SOUTH 5 ACRES OF THE WEST 10 ACRES OF THE
NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF
SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 4 SOUTH, RANGE 11 IN THE
RANCHO LOS COYOTES, AS SHOWN ON A MAP RECORDED
IN BOOK 51, PAGE 11 OF MISCELLANEOUS MAPS,
RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA.
EXCEPT THAT PORTION THEREOF DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID SOUTH
5 ACRES; THENCE NORTH 334.76 FEET ALONG THE
EAST LINE THEREOF; THENCE WEST 325.24 FEET TO
THE WEST LINE OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SAID
SECTION 13; THENCE SOUTH 334.85 FEET ALONG SAID

SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from the
zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made a
part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning
Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the Planning Department is
hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to
the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
