ORDINANCE NO. 5365
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 5316 RELATING TO LOT LINE
ADJUSTMENTS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did on June 22, 1992, adopt
Ordinance No. 5316 relating to lot line adjustments; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error, a
subsection number was omitted from Section 1 of Ordinance 5316;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires, and public interest
and general welfare requires, that said error be corrected, nunc
pro tunc.
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 5316 be, and the same
is hereby, amended to read in its entirety as follows:
"That subsection .040 of Section 17.08.039 of
Chapter 17.08 of Title 17 of the Anaheim Municipal Code
be, and the same is hereby, deleted in its entirety."
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 4th da of May ,
1993.
