RESOLUTION NO. 2015-132
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND EASEMENTS.
(Abandonment No. ABA 2014-00288)
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby declare
its intention to vacate the following public streets, highways and service easements pursuant to the
Public Streets, Highways and Service Easement Vacation Law (Part 3 of Division 9 of the Streets
and Highways Code); to-wit:
The abandonment of that certain real property located in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as a public
alley generally known as 1011-1021 North Magnolia Avenue
extending westerly from Magnolia Avenue to Felicidad Street and
further described in attached Exhibits A and B.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in the proposed vacation
will be heard at a hearing to be held at 5:30 P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in
the Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic Center located at 200 South Anaheim
Boulevard, Anaheim, California 92805, on Apri121 2015.
TH � FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim this 17 day of March , 2015, by the following roll-call vote:
