A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
2014-094 FOR THE. PURPOSE OF CREATING,
DELETING, AND/OR MODIFYING CERTAIN
CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS MIDDLE
MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated June 16, 2015, that the need exists to create, delete, and/or modify certain classifications
within the designation of Middle Management effective June 19, 2015; and
WHEREAS, such additions, deletions, and modifications require an amendment
to Section 1 of Resolution No. 2014-094, as amended; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that creating,
deleting, and/or modifying such classifications to or within the designation of Middle
Management is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim.
NOW; THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:

1. That, Resolution No. 2014-094, as amended, hereby be amended by
creating the following classification and allocating it to the salary range as follows:
Classification
Parking Services/Box Office Manager
Plan Check Supervisor
Salary Ranges
XCR10
XCR16
2. That, Resolution No. 2014-094, as amended, is hereby amended by
deleting the following classification:

Box Office Manager
Assistant Building Official
Salary anges

3. That , Resolution No. 2014-094, as amended, hereby be further amended
by changing the salary range of the following classification:

Except as amended herein, Resolution No. 2014-094, as amended, shall remain in
full force and effect.
The effective date of said amendment to Resolution No. 2014-094, as amended is
June 19, 2015.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 16th day of June, 2015, by the following roll call vote:
