A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
2014-061 FOR THE PURPOSE OF CREATING,
DELETING, AND/OR MODIFYING CERTAIN
CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS CONFIDENTIAL
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated
June 16, 2015, that the need exists to create, delete, and/or modify certain classifications within
the designation of Confidential effective June 19, 2015; and
WHEREAS, such additions, deletions, and modifications require an amendment to
Section 1 of Resolution No. 2014-061; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that creating, deleting,
and/or modifying such classifications to or within the designation of confidential is in the best
interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim as
follows:
Section 1
That, classifications designated as Confidential are hereby amended by deleting the
following classification.

$20.07 - $25.62
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this Resolution is June 19,
2015.

City of Anaheim this 16th day of June, 2015, by the following roll call vote:
