A RESOLUTION OF THE (;ITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
2014-053 FOR THE PURPOSE OF CREATING,
DELETING, AND/OR MODIFYING CERTAIN
CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION, GENERAL
UNIT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated _June 16, 2015, that the need exists to create, delete, and/or modify certain classifications
within the designation of Anaheim Municipal Employees Association ("AMEA"), General Unit
effective June, 19, 2015; and
WHEREAS, such additions, deletions and modifications require an amendment to
Section 1 of Resolution No. 2014-053, as amended; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that creating, deleting,
and/or modifying such classifications to or within the designation of AMEA, General Unit is in
the best interests of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim as
follows:
SECTION 1
1. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim that, effective June 19, 2015, the basic compensation plan for all officers and
employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be employed in
the newly created classifications below shall be allocated to the following salary schedule:

2. That, effective June 19, 2015, that Article 17, Salary Relationships and
Appendix "A" be amended by creating and allocating classification titles as follows:

3. That effective June 19, 2015, that Article 17, Salary Relationships and

SECTION 2
Except as amended herein, classifications assigned to the Anaheim Municipal Employees
Association, General Unit, shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3
The effective date of said amendment to Resolution No. 2014-053, as amended is June
19, 2015.
