A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
2014-098 FOR THE PURPOSE OF CREATING,
DELETING, AND/OR MODIFYING CERTAIN
CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION, CLERICAL
UNIT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated _June 16, 2015, that the need exists to create, delete, and/or modify certain classifications
within the designation of Anaheim Municipal Employees Association ("AMEA"), Clerical Unit
effective June, 19, 2015; and
WHEREAS, such additions, deletions, and modifications require an amendment
to Section 1 of Resolution No. 2014-098, as amended; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that creating,
deleting, and/or modifying such classifications to or within the designation of AMEA, Clerical
Unit is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
Section 1
That effective June 19, 2015, that Article 17, Salary Relationships and Appendix "A" be
amended by deleting the following classification:
Classification Salary Range
Booking and Scheduling Specialist $21.92 - $27.98
Except as amended herein, classifications assigned to the Anaheim Municipal Employees
Association, Clerical Unit, shall remain in full force and effect.
The effective date of said amendment to Resolution No. 2014-098, as amended is June
19, 2015.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim this 16th day of June, 2015, by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Mayor Tait and Council Members Kring, Murray, Brandman,
and Vanderbilt
