A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
2014-173 FOR THE PURPOSE OF CREATING,
DELETING, AND/OR MODIFYING CERTAIN
CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS TEAMSTERS,
LOCAL 952
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated June 16, 2015, that the need exists to create, delete, and/or modify certain classifications
within the designation of Teamsters, Local 952 ("TEAMSTERS") Unit effective June, 19, 2015;
and
WHEREAS, such additions, deletions, and modifications require an amendment
to Section 1 of Resolution No. 2014-173, as amended; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that creating,
deleting, and/or modifying such classifications to or within the designation of TEAMSTERS is
in the best interests of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
SECTION 1
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that, effective June 19, 2015, the basic compensation plan for all officers and
employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be employed in
the classification listed below shall be allocated to the following salary schedule:
Classification Schedule Step Salary
Head Parking Lot Cashier 1829 10 $18.29
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, except as amended herein, classifications
assigned to the TEAMSTERS unit, shall remain in full force and effect.
The effective date of said amendment to Resolution No. 2014-173, as amended is
June 19, 2015.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim this 16th
day of June, 2015, by the following roll call vote:
