ORDINANCE NO. 5039
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
CHAPTER 10.12 OF TITLE 10 OF THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING SECTION 10.12.080
THERETO PERTAINING TO THE SEWER CONSTRUCTION
AND RECONSTRUCTION FUND
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS
SECTION 1.
That new Section 10.12.080 be, and the same is hereby,
added to Chapter 10.12 of Title 10 of the Anaheim Municipal Code,
to read as follows:
"SECTION 10.12.080 SEWER CONSTRUCTION AND
RECONSTRUCTION FUND
There is hereby created the Sewer Construction and
Reconstruction Fund. All monies collected pursuant to
the authority of Section 10.12.070 shall be placed in the
Sewer Construction and Reconstruction Fund and shall only
be used for the expansion, reconstruction and repair of
the sanitary sewer system."
SECTION 2.
SEVERABILITY
The City Council of the City of Anaheim hereby declares
that should any section, paragraph, sentence or word of this
ordinance of the Code, hereby adopted, be declared for any reason
to be invalid, it is the intent of the Council that it would have
passed all other portions of this ordinance independent of the
elimination herefrom of any such portion as may be declared
invalid.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 25th day of July, 1989.
