AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN TITLE 18 OF THE
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission heretofore held a duly
noticed public hearing and, as a result thereof, did adopt its
Resolution No. PC88-335 as amended by PC89-119 determining that a
change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and
described should be made; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as
conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said
zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That the Zoning Map referred to in Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by
rezoning and reclassifying that certain property situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described
as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING AT A POINT IN THE NORTH LINE OF VINEYARD LOT
A-1, AS SHOWN ON A MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 4, PAGES 629
AND 630 OF DEEDS, RECORDS OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA, SAID POINT BEING 164 FEET WESTERLY OF THE
NORTHEAST CORNER THEREOF, RUNNING THENCE SOUTHERLY
PARALLEL TO THE EASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT, 225 FEET;
THENCE WESTERLY PARALLEL TO THE NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID
LOT 75 FEET; THENCE NORTHERLY PARALLEL TO SAID EASTERLY
LINE, 225 FEET TO A POINT IN THE SAID NORTHERLY LINE;
THENCE EASTERLY ALONG SAID NORTHERLY LINE 75 FEET TO
THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
THAT PORTION OF LOT A-1 OF ANAHEIM VINEYARD, IN THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM, COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
AS PER MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 4 PAGES 629 AND 630 OF
DEEDS, RECORDS OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY, IN THE OFFICE OF
THE COUNTY RECORDER OF SAID COUNTY, DESCRIBED AS
FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT A POINT IN THE NORTH LINE OF LOT A-1 AS
SHOWN ON A MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 4, PAGES 629 AND 630 OF
DEEDS, RECORDS OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, SAID
Reclass. No. 88-89-22
POINT BEING 239 FEET WESTERLY OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER
THEREOF, RUNNING THENCE SOUTHERLY PARALLEL TO THE
EASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT, 225 FEET; THENCE WESTERLY
PARALLEL TO THE NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT, 67.5 FEET;
THENCE NORTHERLY PARALLEL TO SAID EASTER�,Y LINE 225
FEET TO A POINT IN SAID NORTHERLY LINE; THENCE
NORTHERLY PARALLEL TO SAID EASTERLY LINE 225 FEET TO A
POINT IN SAID NORTHERLY LINE; THENCE EASTERLY ALONG
SAID NORTHERLY LINE 67.5 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
BEGINNING AT A POINT 80 FEET SOUTHERLY FROM THE
NORTHEAST CORNER OF VINEYARD LOT A-1, CITY OF ANAHEIM
AS PER MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 4, PAGE 629, LOS ANGELES
COUNTY, RUNNING THENCE WESTERLY PARALLEL WITH THE
NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 164 FEET, THENCE SOUTHERLY
PARALLEL WITH THE EASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT, 75 FEET,
THENCE EASTERLY PARALLEL WITH THE NORTHERLY LINE OF
SAID LOT, 164 FEET, THENCE NORTHERLY TO THE POINT OF
BEGINNING.
THE SOUTHERLY 70.00 FEET OF THE NORTHERLY 225.00 FEET
TO THE EASTERLY 164.00 FEET OF VINEYARD LOT A-1, AS PER
MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 4, PAGES 629 AND 630, DEEDS,
RECORDS OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY,
into the "RM -3000" RESIDENTIAL, MULTIPLE FAMILY ZONE.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from the
zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made a
part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning
Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the Planning Department is
hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to
the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted.
SECTION 3. CERTIFICATION
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a
newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in said
City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it
shall take effect and be in full force.

THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 25th day of July,1989
