AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 4819 NUNC PRO TUNC.
- WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has
heretofore adopted Ordinance No. 4819 relating to the zoning
reclassification of portions of certain property within the City
of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, said zoning reclassification was adopted subject
to certain conditions of approval as set forth in Ordinance No.
4819 of the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error, said
Ordinance No. 4819 contained an error which does not correctly
reflect the action taken by the City Council with regard thereto;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to correct said errors
at this time by the adoption of this ordinance, nunc pro tunc.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Ordinance No. 4819 of the City of Anaheim be, and
the same is hereby, further amended, nunc pro tunc, by changing
the opening phrase of the second paragraph on Page 3 as follows:
Change the phrase "ZONED C-R (COMMERCIAL RECREATION)" to
read "ZONED C-R (COMMERCIAL RECREATION) or P -R (PUBLIC
RECREATION)."
That Ordinance No. 4819 of the City of Anaheim be, and
the same is hereby, further amended, nunc pro tunc, by adding
113253," to Page 4, line 1, following 113234."
That Ordinance No. 4819 of the City of Anaheim be, and
the same is hereby, amended, nunc pro tunc, by adding the
following after the first paragraph on page 6:
"AND
Excepting all that certain real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, described as:
That portion of the North half of the
Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of
Section 27, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
S. B. B. $ M., described as follows:
Beginning at the centerline intersection of
Convention Way and West Street; thence N 890
48' 49" E, 1,176.68 feet along the centerline
of Convention Way to a point; thence S 211
50' 41" W, 711.18 feet to a point in the
south line of the North half of the Southwest
quarter of the Northwest quarter of said
Section 27; thence S 891 46' 03" W, 903.61
feet to an intersection with the centerline
of West Street; thence N 000 49' 11" W,
660.01 feet to the point of beginning.
Excepting therefrom the westerly 57.00 feet
thereof in West Street."
SECTION 2.
That, except as expressly amended, herein, Ordinance No.
4819 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 3rd day of
November, 1987.
