DEDICATING CERTAIN CITY -OWNED PROPERTY
IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES

RESOLUTION NO. 2015 - 216
A VESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DEDICATING CERTAIN CITY -OWNED
PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM FOR PUBLIC
PURPOSES
City Deed No. 11850
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim (the "City") has heretofore acquired certain real
property within the corporate limits of City of Anaheim generally located at 1768 South Douglas
Road, known as Assessor's Parcel Number 232-072-06 for public purposes; and
WHEREAS, it is indicated and anticipated that the City of Anaheim will dedieaV_1
a certain portion o F City -owned property for public purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in the best interest of the City
of Anaheim to dedicate a portion of its City -owned property for public purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City o6
Anaheim that it dedicate an easement and it does hereby dedicate an easement for road and
public utility purposes, the following described land situated in the City of Anaheim, County o
Orange, State of California, more particularly described on Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "A-1" and
depicted in Exhibits "B" and "B-1," attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT that the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
authorize and directed to record a certified copy of this resolution in the Office of the Count.:
Recorder of the County of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 7th day of July 2015.
