A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2015-173 NUNC
PRO TUNC (UNREPRESENTED PART-TIME)
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated
May 19, 2015, that the rates of compensation and pay policies for unrepresented part time job
classifications be established; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error, the salary structure effective
July 3, 2015, was inadvertently calculated resulting in a +/- $.01 error per Resolution 2015-173; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that establishing new
rates of compensation and pay policies for unrepresented part time job classifications is in the best
interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
that, effective July 3, 2015, the basic compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of
Anaheim who are now employed, or will in the future be employed in any of the job classifications
listed below, is corrected nunc pro tunc to include the below -referenced salary structure
adjustments:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended herein Resolution
No. 2015-173 shall remain in full force and effect.
