AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN TITLE 18 OF THE
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission heretofore held a duly
noticed public hearing and, as a result thereof, did adopt its
Resolution No. PC87-219 determining that a change or changes in the
zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made;
and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as
conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said
zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That the Zoning Map referred to in Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by
rezoning and reclassifying that certain property situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described
as follows, to wit:
THE WEST 80.00 FEET OF THE NORTH 250.00 FEET OF LOT 11
OF HELEN AND LYNCH'S SUBDIVISION OF THE WEST HALF OF
SECTION 16, IN TOWNSHIP 4 SOUTH, RANGE 10 WEST, SAN
BERNARDINO BASE AND MERIDIAN, CITY OF ANAHEIM, COUNTY
OF ORANGE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AS SHOWN ON A MAP
THEREOF RECORDED IN BOOK 442 PAGE 158, DEEDS, RECORDS
OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CALIFORNIA.
PARCEL 2:
THE WEST HALF OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST
QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 16,
TOWNSHIP 4 SOUTH, RANGE 10 WEST, IN THE RANCHO SAN JUAN
CAJON DE SANTA ANA, IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, COUNTY OF
ORANGE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, BEING THE WEST HALF OF LOT

LAND CONVEYED BY CHARLES SCHINDLER AND WIFE, TO NETTIE
EYGABROAD, BY DEED RECORDED MARCH 15, 1909 IN BOOK 163
PAGE 387 OF DEEDS.

EXCEPT THAT PORTION THEREOF DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LAND; THENCE
WEST 170.00 FEET ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LAND;
THENCE SOUTH 350.00 FEET; THENCE EAST 170.00 FEET TO
THE EAST LINE OF SAID LAND; THENCE NORTH 350.00 FEET TO
THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
ALSO EXCEPT FROM THE REMAINDER OF SAID LAND THE MOST
NORTHERLY 250 FEET THEREOF.

OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY, THE EAST
LINE OF THE LAND CONVEYED BY CHARLES SCHINDLER AND WIFE
TO NETTIE EYGABROAD, BY DEED RECORDED MARCH 151 1909 IN
BOOK 163, PAGE 387 OF DEEDS.
EXCEPT THAT PORTION OCCUPIED BY BROADWAY ON THE NORTH,
into the "RM -1200" RESIDENTIAL, MULTIPLE -FAMILY ZONE.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from the
zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made a part
of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map, as
amended, is hereby adopted and the Planning Department is hereby
directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City
Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 26thday of April, 1988.
