AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN TITLE 18 OF THE
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission heretofore held a duly
noticed public hearing and, as a result thereof, did adopt its
Resolution No. PC87-157 determining that a change or changes in the
zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made;
and

SECTION 1.
That the Zoning Map referred to in Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by
rezoning and reclassifying that certain property situated in the
City of Anaheim. County of Orange, State of California, described
as follows, to wit:
THAT PORTION OF THE FIRST CLASS LAND ALLOTTED TO F.
YORBA, AS DESCRIBED IN THE FINAL DECREE OF PARTITION OF
THE RANCHO CANON DE SANTA ANA, A CERTIFIED COPY OF
WHICH WAS RECORDED FEBRUARY 8, 1874 IN BOOK 28, PAGE
158 OF DEEDS, RECORDS OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT A POINT IN THE NORTH LINE OF THE LAND
CONVEYED BY R.T. DAVIES TO A.J. KOCH BY DEED RECORDED

into the "RS -5,000(0)" RESIDENTIAL, SINGLE, FAMILY OIL PRODUCTION
OVERLAY ZONE.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from the
zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made a part
of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map, as
amended, is hereby adopted and the Planning Department is hereby
directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City
Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 14th day of June, 1988.
