AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN TITLE 18 OF THE
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission heretofore held a duly
noticed public hearing and, as a result thereof, did adopt its
Resolution No. PC87-183 determining that a change or changes in the
zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made;
and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as
conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said
zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That the Zoning Map referred to in Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by
rezoning and reclassifying that certain property situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described
as follows, to wit:
LOT 4 IN BLOCK 34 OF YORBA LINDA TRACT, IN THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM, COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AS
SHOWN ON A MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 5, PAGES 17 AND 18 OF
MISCELLANEOUS MAPS, RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA. EXCEPTING THEREFROM THE FOLLOWING:
BEGINNING AT THE MOST NORTHERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 4,
SAID CORNER BEING ON THE SOUTHWEST LINE OF SHORT
STREET, 50.00 FEET WIDE; THENCE ALONG THE NORTHWEST
LINE OF SAID LOT, SOUTH 30 DEGREES 27' 30" WEST, 412.46
FEET; THENCE NORTH 40 DEGREES 30' 19" EAST 177.30 FEET;
THENCE NORTH 80 DEGREES 03' 43" EAST, 32.34 FEET;
THENCE SOUTH 60 DEGREES 02' 02" EAST, 215.13 FEET;
THENCE SOUTH 27 DEGREES 08' 32" EAST, 32.59 FEET;
THENCE SOUTH 9 DEGREES 16' 52" WEST 92.59 FEET; THENCE
SOUTH 12 DEGREES 45' 11" EAST, 46.10 FEET, MORE OR
LESS, TO THE WEST LINE OF EXISTING ORCHARD DRIVE, 60
FEET WIDE; THENCE NORTHERLY ALONG SAID LAST MENTIONED
LINE TO THE POINT OF INTERSECTION OF SAID LINE WITH THE
NORTHEASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 4; THENCE ALONG SAID
LAST MENTIONED LINE, NORTH 53 DEGREES 07' 47" WEST,
296.38 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. EXCEPTING ANY
PORTION OF LOT 5 OF BLOCK 24, AS DESCRIBED IN DEEDS TO
THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, RECORDED APRIL 11, 1962 IN
BOOK 6071, PAGE 383 OF OFFICIAL RECORDS AND RE-RECORDED
APRIL 26, 1962 IN BOOK 6089, PAGE 98 OF OFFICIAL
87-88-03
RECORDS. ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM ALL THAT CERTAIN
LAND CONVEYED TO THE COUNTY OF RANGE BY DEED RECORDED
DECEMBER 13, 1965, AS INSTRUMENT NO. 9852 IN BOOK 7771,
PAGE 488 OF OFFICIAL RECORDS,
into the "RS -5000" RESIDENTIAL, SINGLE-FAMILY ZONE.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from the
zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made a part
of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map, as
amended, is hereby adopted and the Planning Department is hereby
directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City
Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 20th day of September,

City Council held on the 20th day of September, 1988, by the following vote of
the members thereof:

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim signed said
