AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN TITLE 18 OF
THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO
ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council at a duly noticed public
hearing did adopt its Resolution Nos. 88R-395 and 88R-396
approving and adopting Specific Plan 88-2 covering the property
described below and approving certain zoning and development
standards established in said specific plan; and
WHEREAS, subsequent to adoption of Resolution Nos.
88R-395 and 88R-396 the City Council did introduce and adopt
Ordinance No. 4971 amending the Anaheim Municipal Code to
establish the zoning and development standards for Specific Plan
88-2 designated as Chapter 18.72 - Specific Plan 88-2 (SP88-2)
Zoning and Development Standards.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That the Zoning Map referred to in Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by
rezoning and reclassifying that certain property situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described
as follows, to wit:
PARCEL 1:
TRACT NO. 2 OF THE LAND ALLOTTED TO TEODOCIO YORBA, AS
DESCRIBED IN THE FINAL DECREE OF PARTITION OF THE
RANCHO SANTIAGO DE SANTA ANA, WHICH WAS ENTERED
SEPTEMBER 12, 1868, IN BOOK "B", PAGE 410 OF JUDGMENTS
OF THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE 17th JUDICIAL DISTRICT IN
AND FOR LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, DESCRIBED AS
FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE TRACT OF
FELIPE YORBA, PER SAID DECREE; THENCE SOUTH 27 0 08'
EAST 1254.00 FEET, THENCE NORTH 620 52' EAST 5874.00
FEET TO THE LINE OF FLINT AND BIXBY'S ALLOTMENT PER
SAID DECREE: THENCE NORTH 340 45' EAST 1270.00 FEET
TO THE NORTHEAST LINE OF PERALTA YORBA TRACT, AS PER
SAID DECREE; THENCE NORTH 270 08' WEST 660.00 FEET TO
THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SAID TRACT OF FELIPE YORBA;
THENCE SOUTH 620 52' WEST 6955.74 FEET THE POINT OF
BEGINNING.

DESCRIBED IN THE FINAL DECREE OF PARTITION OF THE
RANCHO SANTIAGO DE SANTA ANA, WHICH WAS ENTERED

OF THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE 17TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT, IN
AND FOR LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, DESCRIBED AS
FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE TRACT OF TOMAS
YORBA AS PER SAID DECREE; THENCE SOUTH 27008' EAST
1254.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 620 S2' EAST 6955.74 FEET
TO THE NORTHEAST BOUNDARY LINE OF THE PERALTA YORBA
TRACT, AS PER SAID DECREE; THENCE NORTH 270 08' WEST
1254.00 FEET: THENCE SOUTH 620 52' WEST 6955.74 FEET
TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

THE SECOND TRACT OF LAND ALLOTTED TO RAYMUNDO YORBA, AS
DESCRIBED IN THE FINAL DECREE OF PARTITION OF THE
RANCHO SANTIAGO DE SANTA ANA, WHICH WAS ENTERED
SEPTEMBER 12, 1868, IN BOOK "B", PAGE 410 OF JUDGMENTS
OF THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE 17TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT IN
AND FOR LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, DESCRIBED AS
FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE MOST SOUTHERLY OR SOUTHWESTERLY CORNER
OF THE TRACT OF LAND ALLOTTED TO TEODOCIO YORBA, AS PER
SAID DECREE,; THENCE SOUTH 270 08' EAST 3128.00 FET:
THENCE NORTH 340 45' EAST 6567.00 FEET TO THE
SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAD TRACT ALLOTTED TO TEODOCIO
YRBA: THENCE SOUTH 620 52' WEST ALONG THE
SUTHEASTERLY LINE OF SAID TRACT 5874.00 FEET TO THE
POINT OF BEGINNING.
into the "SP 88-2 (SPECIFIC PLAN 88-2) ZONE, subject to those
certain conditions of approval set forth in Resolution No. 88R-395
adopting Specific Plan No. 88-2, as the same now exist or may
hereinafter be amended.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the Planning
Department is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to
be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.

THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 6th day of December
1988.
