A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
ACCEPTING IRREVOCABLE OFFER OF DEDICATION OF CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR STREET AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES
AND THE DEDICATION OF A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
WHEREAS, certain interests in streets and public utilities were irrevocably offered for
dedication, and a certain public utility easement was dedicated to the City of Anaheim as a
condition of approval for the parcel map listed below:
Parcel Map 89-420, recorded October 8, 1990 in Book 256, Pages 14-15 of Parcel Maps on file
in the Office of the County Recorder of Orange County, California; and
WHEREAS, the foregoing offers of dedication were made in the Ownership Certificate
of the subject parcel map, and the City did not accept the offers at the time the subject parcel
map was recorded; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to the acceptance of said offers of dedication have
been fully met or otherwise have occurred; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable and in the best interests of the City of Anaheim to accept said
offers of dedication or portions thereof as described herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim as
follows:
1. The properties, or interests therein, offered for dedication in the parcel map listed
above, as more specifically described in Exhibit "A," attached hereto and
incorporated herein by this reference, be, and they are hereby, accepted by the
City of Anaheim.
2. Nothing herein shall be construed to be an acceptance of any parcel or property
into the City street system (Streets and Highways Code, Section 1806).
3. The City Clerk is authorized and directed to cause this Resolution to be recorded
in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Orange, California.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim this 1St day of September, 2015 by the following roll -call vote:

Brandman, and Vanderbilt

That certain irrevocable offer of dedication to the City of Anaheim for street and public
utility purposes as set forth in Parcel Map No. 89-420, recorded October 8, 1990, in Book 256,
Pages 14-15 of Parcel Maps on file in the Office of the County Recorder of Orange County,
California, pertaining to: State College Boulevard, excepting and reserving unto the grantor and
its successors, an easement for the continued existence, maintenance, repair and operation of that
portion of the dedicated area over which hangs any existing building; and, that certain portion of
La Palma Avenue, described as the southerly 57 feet thereof, the northerly line of said southerly
57 feet being 57 feet north of and parallel with the centerline of U Palma Avenue as shown on
said Parcel Map; and
That certain dedication to the City of Anaheim of a public utility easement for existing
underground lines and transformer locations as shown on said Parcel Map.
