AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN TITLE 18 OF THE
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did adopt its Resolution
No. PC85-185 determining that a change or changes in the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as
hereinafter set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as
conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said
zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That the 'Zoning Map referred to in Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by
rezoning and reclassifying that certain property situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described
as follows, to wit:
THAT PORTION OF THE NORTH HALF OF THE WEST HALF OF THE
NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION
28, TOWNSHIP 4 SOUTH, RANGE 10 WEST, IN THE RANCHO LAS
BOLSAS, AS SHOWN ON A MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 51, PAGE 10
OF MISCELLANEOUS MAPS, IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY
RECORDER OF SAID COUNTY, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE CENTERLINE OF
KATELLA AVENUE WITH THE NORTHERLY PROLONGATION OF THE
EASTERLY LINE OF LOT 49, TRACT NO. 3240, AS SHOWN ON A
MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 113, PAGES 1, 2 AND 3 OF
MISCELLANEOUS MAPS IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER
OF SAID ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA; THENCE ALONG SAID
NORTHERLY PROLONGATION AND SAID EASTERLY LINE, BEING
ALSO THE BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID TRACT NO. 3240, SOUTH 0-
S61 24" EAST, 186.00 FEET TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF
SAID LOT 49; THENCE CONTINUING ALONG SAID BOUNDARY LINE
OF TRACT NO. 3240, NORTH 89° 13' 30" EAST, 89.02 FEET
TO THE WESTERLY LINE OF THE EASTERLY 211.00 FEET OF
SAID NORTH HALF OF THE WEST HALF OF THE NORTHEAST
QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 28,
TOWNSHIP 4 SOUTH, RANGE 10 WEST IN THE RANCHO LAS
BOLSAS; THENCE ALONG SAID WESTERLY LINE, NORTH 00 S5'
30" WEST, 186.00 FEET TO SAID CENTERLINE OF KATELLA
AVENUE; THENCE ALONG SAID CENTERLINE, SOUTH 890 13' 30"
WEST, 89.07 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING,
into the "CL" COMMERCIAL, LIMITED ZONE,

SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from the
zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made a part
of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map, as
amended, is hereby adopted and the Planning Department is hereby
directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City
Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim thi 7th da of July, 1987.
