AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN TITLE 18 OF THE
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did adopt its Resolution
No. 87R-163 determining that a change or changes in the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as
hereinafter set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as
conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said
zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That the Zoning

M. DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT A POINT IN THE WEST LINE OF THE
NORHTEASTQUARTER OF SAID SECTION 24, BEING 494.31 FEET
SOUTH OF THE'NORTHWEST CORNER THEREOF; THENCE
CONTINUING SOUTH ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID NORTHEAST
QUARTER 165.41 FEET TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE LAND
CONVEYED TO EMMER L. BEESON AND WIFE BY DEED RECORDED
IN BOOK 1638 PAGE 150 OF OFFICIAL RECORDS; THENCE SOUTH
890 58' 41" EAST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LAND
CONVEYED TO EMMER L. BEESON AND WIFE 338.71 FEET TO THE
SOUTHEAST CORNER THEREOF; THENCE NORTH 0° 12' 35" EAST
ALONG THE EAST LINE THEREOF 165.46 FEET; THENCE NORTH
890 59' 11" WEST 338.71 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING,
into the "1200" RESIDENTIAL, MULTIPLE -FAMILY ZONE.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from the
zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made a part

of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map, as
amended, is hereby adopted and the Planning Department is hereby
directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City
Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 20th day of October 1987.
