A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 97R-101 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES
OF COMPENSATION FOR UNREPRESENTED PART-TIME JOB CLASSIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated
June 18, 2002, that Resolution No. 97R-101 be amended in the manner hereinafter set forth
effective June 21, 2002, and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 97R-101 which
established rates of compensation for classifications designated as Unrepresented Part-Time;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that amending Resolution
No. 97R-101 is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim as
follows:
1. That Section 1 of Resolution No. 97R-101 be amended by changing the salary
schedule for the following classification:
Classification Effective Effective
06/21/02 06/20/03
Convention Center Relief Events Supervisor
1839E 1867E
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED thatthe effective date ofthis Resolution shallbe June 21,
2002.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended herein, Resolution No.
97R-101 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim this 18th day of June
