AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN TITLE 18 OF
THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO
ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No.
68R-713 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones
hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter
set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That the Zoning Map referred to in Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by
rezoning and reclassifying that certain property situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described
as follows, to wit:
LOTS 139, 1409 141, 142 AND 143 OF "EUCALYPTUS FOREST
TRACT" IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, AS SHOWN ON MAP THEREOF
RECORDED IN BOOK 51, PAGES 29 AND 30, MISCELLANEOUS MAPS,
RECORDS OF SAID ORANGE COUNTY; TOGETHER WITH THAT
PORTION OF SANTA ANA STREET ADJOINING SAID LOTS ON THE
SOUTHERLY SIDE ABANDONED BY ORDER OF THE BOARD OF
SUPERVISORS OF SAID ORANGE COUNTY, DESCRIBED AS
FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEASTERLY CORNER OF LOT
1391, RUNNING THENCE WESTERLY ALONG NORTHERLY LINE OF
SAID SANTA ANA STREET TO THE SOUTHWESTERLY CORNER OF LOT
143; THENCE AT RIGHT ANGLES SOUTHEASTERLY 20 FEET TO
CENTER LINE OF SANTA ANA STREET; THENCE EASTERLY ALONG
CENTER LINE OF SANTA ANA STREET TO THE SOUTHEASTERLY
EXTENSION OF THE NORTHEASTERLY LINE OF LOT 139; THENCE
NORTHERLY 20 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING,
into the "ML" INDUSTRIAL, LIMITED ZONE, subject to the following
conditions:
1. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim,
such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving,
drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work, shall be complied
with as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with
standard plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City
Engineer, at the time the property is developed.

2. That the owners of subject property shall pay to the City
of Anaheim a fee for street lighting in an amount as determined by
the City Council.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from the
zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made a part
of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map,
as amended, is hereby adopted and the Planning Department is hereby
directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City
Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted.
SECTION 3. CERTIFICATION
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen
(15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of
general circulation, published and circulated in said City, and
thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it shall take
effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this lst day of July, 1986.
