A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND EASEMENTS.
(Abandonment No. ABA 2008 -0171)
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby declare
its intention to vacate the following public streets, highways and service easements pursuant to the
Public Streets, Highways and Service Easement Vacation Law (Part 3 of Division 9 of the Streets
and Highways Code); to -wit:
The abandonment of that portion of Mountain View Avenue
dedicated to the City of Anaheim per Tract Map 5155, recorded in
Book 194, Pages 45 -46 of Miscellaneous Maps Records of Orange
County California, along with that portion of Mountain View Avenue
dedicated to the City of Anaheim per an Easement Grant Deed
recorded on February 10, 1963, in Book 6918, Page 983 of Official
Records of said County Recorder, as shown in Exhibit "A attached
hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in the proposed vacation
will be heard at a hearing to be held at 5:30 P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard,
in the Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic Center located at 200 South Anaheim
Boulevard, Anaheim, California 92805, on July 29, 2008.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim this 24th day of June 2008, by the following roll -call vote:
