RES-2008-091A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2000R -125 WHICH ESTABLISHES
RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR JOB CLASSIFICATIONS
DESIGNATED AS PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated June 24, 2008, that Resolution No. 2000R -125 be amended in the manner set forth,
effective June 27, 2008; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the
aforementioned amendment to Resolution No. 2000R -125, is in the best interest of the City of
Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 2000R-
125 which established rates of compensation for job classifications designated as Professional
Management.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that Resolution No. 2000R -125 is amended as follows:
1. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2000R -125 be amended by creating the
following classifications and allocating them to the salary ranges as shown:

Deputy City Attorney III Civil XCR16
Deputy City Attorney III Prosecution XCR16
Economic Development Manager XCR16
Deputy City Attorney IV Civil XCR18
Deputy City Attorney IV Prosecution XCR18
2. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2000R -125 be amended by changing the
salary of the following classifications and allocating them to the salary ranges as
shown:

Deputy City Attorney II Civil XCR16 XCR14

3. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2000R -125 be amended by deleting the
following classification at the salary range as shown:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendment to
Resolution No. 2000R -125 is June 27, 2008.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein, Resolution
No. 2000R -125 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
