A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE A
PORTION OF A FIRE AND PEDESTRIAN ACCESS EASEMENT
LOCATED AT 570 CALLE DE CASAS (Abandonment No. ABA
2008 -0179)
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby declare
its intention to vacation a portion of the following public service easement pursuant to the Public
Streets, Highways and Service Easement Vacation Law (Part 3 of Division 9 of the Streets and
Highways Code); to -wit:
A 20' wide fire and pedestrian access easement located at 570 Calle
De Casas dedicated to the City of Anaheim per Tract Map No. 10107,
recorded in Book 448, Pages 42 -44 of Miscellaneous Maps Records
of Orange County California, of Official Records of said County
Recorder, as shown in Exhibit "A attached hereto and incorporated
herein by this reference.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in the proposed
vacation will be heard at a hearing to be held at 5:30 P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may
be heard, in the Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic Center located at 200 South
Anaheim Boulevard, Anaheim, California 92805, on December 16, 2008.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 28th day of October 2008, by the following roll -call
vote:
AYES: Mayor Pringle, Council Members Hernandez, Sidhu, Galloway, Kring
