A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM APPROVING A LEASE PURCHASE
AGREEMENT WITH GOVERNMENT CAPITAL
CORPORATION FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1)
EUROCOPTER AS350B2 HELICOPTER, AND
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN ALL
NECESSARY DOCUMENTS RELATING TO SUCH LEASE
PURCHASE AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to enter into that certain Lease
Purchase Agreement No. 5071, by and between the City of Anaheim and Government
Capital Corporation, for the purpose of procuring one (1) Eurocopter AS350B2
Helicopter, and authorize City Manager David M. Morgan to sign the Agreement and all
necessary documents relating thereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
1. That the City of Anaheim enter into Lease Purchase Agreement No. 5071
with Government Capital Corporation for the purpose of procuring one (1)
Eurocopter AS350B2 Helicopter; and
2. That City Manager David M. Morgan is hereby authorized to execute
Lease Purchase Agreement No. 5071, and all necessary documents
relating thereto.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim this 16th day of December 2008, by the
following roll call vote:
Mayor Pringle, Council Members Hernandez, Sidhu, Gallaway, Kring
