97-102A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 92R -20 WHICH
ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS
DESIGNATED AS SUPERVISORY
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated June 10, 1997, that
Resolution No. 92R -20 be amended in the manner hereinafter set forth effective June 27, 1997; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that amending Resolution No. 92R -20 is in
the best interests of the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 92R -20 which established rates of
compensation for classifications designated as Supervisory.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim as follows:
I. That Section 2 of Resolution No. 92R -20 be amended by changing the salary range for the following
classification:
Classification Salary Ranee
Deputy Fire Marshal
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendments to Resolution No. 92R -20 is
June 27, 1997.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein, Resolution No. 92R -20 shall remain
in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
