A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM VACATING A PORTION OF EXCESS
STREET RIGHT OF WAY ALONG THE MIRALOMA
OVERPASS AT THE 91 FREEWAY ADJACENT TO THE
PALM LODGE MOBILE ESTATES AND CERTAIN
EASEMENTS RESERVED (Abandonment No, 2002-
OOO53)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did,
by resolution duly adopted, declare its intention to vacate
certain public streets, highways or public service easements
pursuant to the Public Streets, Highways and Service Easements
Vacation Law while reserving unto the City of Anaheim easements
to maintain City property within said abandoned right of way; and
WHEREAS, notice of a public hearing to consider said
vacation was posted and published in the manner prescribed by
law; and
WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of July, 2002, a public hearing
was held to allow interested persons to submit evidence
concerning said proposed vacation; and
WHEREAS, the abandonment approved herein does not
convey right, title and interest to the abandoned property, which
is conveyed by separate quitclaim deed pursuant hereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby order the vacation of excess
right of way along the Miraloma Avenue Overpass at the SR 91
Freeway, adjacent to the Palm Lodge Mobile Home Park, excepting
certain easements reserved, all as more specifically described
as follows:
See Exhibit A attached hereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the vacation authorized by
this resolution shall not be effective until a certified copy of
this resolution is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of
Orange County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she
is hereby, authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of
this resolution to recorded in the Office of the County Recorder
of the County of Orange upon the completion of all conditions set
forth herein, if any.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the

Exhibit "A'
That portion of Lots 8 and 9 of the South Placentia Tract No. 1 in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California as shown on a map recorded in Book 5, Page 42 of
Miscellaneous Maps in the office of the County Recorder of said county, bounded as
follows:
BOUNDED southeasterly by the southeasterly line of Parcel 2 of State Highway
Relinquishment No. 693 to the City of Anaheim passed June 20, 1969 by California
Highway Commission Resolution No. R1365 and recorded July 2, 1969 in Book 9010,
Page 698 of Official Records in said office of the County Recorder;
BOUNDED northwesterly by the following described line:
Beginning at the northeasterly terminus of that certain course shown on the hereinabove
described State Highway Relinquishment as having a bearing and a distance of"N.
34007' 34" E., 51.62 feet" (for the purpose of this description said line shall have a
bearing of North 34°07'42" East); thence South 61 o 10' 15" West, 71.19 feet;
AND BOUNDED northwesterly and southerly by the following described line:
Beginning at the aforesaid northerly terminus; thence along said line hereinabove
described as having a bearing of South 61 °10'15" West a distance of 18.39 feet to the
beginning of a non-tangent curve concave southeasterly and having a radius of 1295.00
feet (a radial line through the beginning of said curve bears North 54°51'13" West);
thence southwesterly along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 14023'39" an
arc distance of 325.34 feet; thence radial to said curve South 69014'52" East, 9.82 feet to
the southeasterly line of said State Highway Relinquishment.
Reserving unto the City of Anaheim, an easement for retaining wall and subsurface
foundation purposes over, across, above and under, and including ingress and egress
rights to and from the land herein conveyed and over and across the entire parcel as
described above.
Said easement containing 3100.88 square feet, more or less.
Attached hereto and made a part hereof is a map entitled Exhibit "g". This map is for
informational purposes only and is subordinate in all respects to the above legal
description entitled Exhibit "A".
This real property description has been prepared by me in conformance with the
Professional Land Surveyors Act.
