RESOLUTION NO. 97R- 10 3
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NOS. 92R -22 AND 92R -21 WHICH
ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS
DESIGNATED AS ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT AND MIDDLE MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated June 10, 1997, that
Resolution Nos. 92R -22 and 92R -21 be amended in the manner hereinafter set forth effective June 27, 1997; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that amending Resolution Nos. 92R -22 and
92R -21 is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution Nos. 92R -22 and 92R -21 which
established rates of compensation for classifications designated as Administrative Management and Middle
Management.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim as follows:
1. That Section 2 of Resolution No. 92R -22 (Administrative) be amended by changing the salary range for
the following classifications:
Classification Salary Ranee
Fire Division Chief XF CR2I
Fire Marshal XF CR21
2. That Section 2 of Resolution No. 92R -21 (Middle Management) be amended by changing the salary
range for the following classifications:
Classification Salary Ranee

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendments to Resolution Nos. 92R -22 and
92R -21 is June 27, 1997.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein, Resolution Nos. 92R 22 and 92R 21
shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
this 17 day of June 1997.
