A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 00R-124 WHICH ESTABLISHED
RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED
AS MIDDLE MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated
August 6, 2002, that Resolution No. 00R-124 be amended in the manner set forth, effective
August 16, 2002; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 00R-124 which
established rates of compensation for classifications designated as Middle Management; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the aforementioned
amendment is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that
Section 1 of Resolution No. 00R-124 be amended as follows:
1. That the following classifications be added to Section 1 of Resolution No. 00R-124:

Public Works Operations Superintendent
Substation/Automation Engineering Manager
Salary Ranges

2. That the salary range for the following classification be changed in Section 1 of Resolution
No. 00R-124:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this Resolution shall be August
16, 2002.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended herein, Resolution No.
00R-124 shall remain in full force and effect.
