RESOLUTION NO. 2002R- 180
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING
IRREVOCABLE OFFERS OF DEDICATION OF
CERTAIN PROPERTY AND/OR FACILITIES
(TRACT NUMBERS 12691, 13513, 15418,
15588 and 15703)
WHEREAS, certain interests in streets, public utility
easements and public improvements were irrevocably offered to the
City of Anaheim as a condition of map approval for Tract Maps
No. 12691, 13513, 15418, 15588 and 15703 as set forth more
particularly in the tract maps for said tracts available for
review in the Public Works Department; and
WHEREAS, the foregoing irrevocable offers of dedication
were made in the Ownership Certificates of the subject tract
maps, and the City did not accept the offers at the time of final
map approval; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to the acceptance of
said irrevocable offers of dedication have been fully met or
otherwise have occurred, and all public facilities included
therein have been inspected and determined to be acceptable by
the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable and in the best interests of
the City of Anaheim to accept said offers of dedication and the
facilities described herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following
properties or interests therein, including any facilities
described, be, and they are hereby, accepted by the City of
Anaheim, to wit:
Ail those interests offered on the Ownership
Certificate as shown on the maps of Tract No. 12691,
Instrument No. 90-184787, as recorded in Book 658,
Pages 18, of Miscellaneous Maps in the Office of the
County Recorder of the County of Orange.
Ail those interests offered on the Ownership
Certificate as shown on the maps of Tract No.13513,
Instrument No. 19980411935 as recorded in Book 770,
Pages 1-5, of Miscellaneous Maps in the Office of the
County Recorder of the County of Orange.
Ail those interests offered on the Ownership
Certificate as shown on the maps of Tract No. 15418,
Instrument No. 19980847561 as recorded in Book 776,
Pages 43-45, of Miscellaneous Maps in the Office of the
County Recorder of the County of Orange.
Ail those interests offered on the Ownership
Certificate as shown on the maps of Tract No.15588,
Instrument No. 19980090321 as recorded in Book 762,
Pages 15-19, of Miscellaneous Maps in the Office of the
County Recorder of the County of Orange.
Ail those interests offered on the Ownership
Certificate as shown on the maps of Tract No.15703,
Instrument No. 19990183939, as recorded in Book 780,
Pages 1-4, of Miscellaneous Maps in the Office of the
County Recorder of the County of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City
