A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 2014-095 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF CREATING, DELETING,
AND/OR MODIFYING CERTAIN
CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS
PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated January 26, 2016, that the need exists to create, delete, and/or modify certain
classifications within the designation of Professional Management, effective January 29, 2016;
and
WHEREAS, such additions, deletions, and modifications require an amendment
to Section 1 of Resolution No. 2014-095, as amended; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that creating,
deleting, and/or modifying such classifications to or within the designation of Professional
Management is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
SECTION 1
1. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2014-095, is hereby amended by
creating the following classification and allocating it to the salary range as follows:
Classification Salary Ranges
Medical Care Provider XCR15
2. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2014-095, as amended, is hereby further
amended by deleting the following classifications:
Classification
Business Information Systems Planner
ERP Systems Administrator
Salary Ranges
XCR16
XCR15
Except as amended herein, Resolution No. 2014-095, as amended, shall remain in
full force and effect.
The effective date of said amendment to Resolution No. 2014-095, as amended, is
January 29, 2016.
The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this Resolution.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 26th day of January , 2016, by the following role call vote:

and Vanderbilt
