A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING
RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR
CLASSIFICATIONS ASSIGNED TO THE
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES
ASSOCIATION, GENERAL UNIT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated January 26, 2016, that the salary schedule and salary relationships be amended for job
classifications assigned to the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association, General Unit,
effective January 29, 2016; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
aforementioned amendment, is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
SECTION 1
1. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVES by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim that, effective January 29, 2016, the basic compensation plan for all officers and
employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be employed in
the classifications listed below shall be allocated to the following salary schedule:
Classification Step Salary
Maintenance Coordinator 5-9 $26.93 — $32.73
Lead Facilities Maintenance Worker 6-9 $34.74 — $40.22
Skilled Crafts Worker III 5-9 $30.08 - $36.56
2. That effective January 29, 2016, that Appendix A, Salary Relationships be
amended by creating and allocating classification titles as follows:
Classification Relationship
Librarian
Maintenance Coordinator 1.270 x Street Maintenance Worker II
Lead Facilities Maintenance Worker 1.320 x Skilled Crafts Worker II
Skilled Crafts Worker III 1.200 x Skilled Crafts Worker II
3. That effective January 29, 2016, that Article 17, Salary Relationships and
Appendix "A" be amended by deleting the following classifications:
Classification
Landscape Inspector
Maintenance Painter
Skilled Crafts Worker Trainee
Senior Skilled Crafts Worker
Tree Services Coordinator
Utilities Engineering Aide
SECTION 2
Except as amended herein, classifications assigned to the Anaheim Municipal
Employees Association, General Unit, shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3
The effective date of said amendment to classifications assigned to the Anaheim
Municipal Employees Association, General Unit, as amended, is January 29, 2016.
SECTION 4
The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this Resolution.

of the City of Anaheim this 2 6 th day of January , 2016, by the following roll call vote:
