AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING THE ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
(RECLASSIFICATION NO. 2014-00262)
(DEV2011-001125)
WHEREAS, following a duly noticed public hearing held on August 24, 2015, which was
continued to October 5, 2015 and, due to a lack of a quorum on that date, continued again to
October 19, 2015, the Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did adopt its Resolution No.
PC2015-087, determining that the zoning and development standards of the proposed new
Chapter 18.120 (Anaheim Canyon Specific Plan No. 2015-01 (SP 2015-01) Zoning and
Development Standards) should be applied to those properties within the Anaheim Canyon
Specific Plan Area, which properties are depicted on the maps attached hereto as Exhibit A and
incorporated herein by this reference (the "Properties"); and
WHEREAS, the proposed rezoning is consistent with the Anaheim General Plan, as
amended by General Plan Amendment No. 2014-00492 and Specific Plan Amendment No.
2014-00065.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

That the Zoning Map referred to in Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the
same is hereby, amended to rezone and reclassify the Properties covered by Anaheim Canyon
Specific Plan No. 2015-01 (SP 2015-01) with the zoning and development standards of Chapter
18.120 (Anaheim Canyon Specific Plan No. 2015-01 (SP 2015-01) Zoning and Development
Standards). The Planning Department is hereby authorized and directed to prepare a sectional
zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 2. CERTIFICATION
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and shall cause the same to
be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper
of general circulation, published and circulated in the City of Anaheim, and thirty (30) days from
and after its final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.

passed and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 9th day of
