A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND SERVICE
EASEMENTS. (Abandonment No. ABA2001-00044)
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Anaheim does hereby declare its intention to vacate the following
public streets, highways and service easements pursuant to the
Public Streets, Highways and Service Easement Vacation Law (part
3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code); to wit,
That certain portion of Atchison Street
extending 154.5 feet south from the southerly
right of way line of East Broadway, and that
certain public alley extending 248.5 feet
west from the southern terminus of the above-
described portion of Atchison Street to the
easterly right of way line of Kroeger Street.
as said property is shown on a map or plan on file in the Office
of the City Clerk.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in
the proposed vacation will be heard at a hearing to be held at
6:00 o'clock P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be
heard, in the Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic
Center located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard, Anaheim,
California, 92805, on:
