A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM VACATING TWO UTILITY EASEMENTS AT 1126
NORTH EUCLID AVENUE (Abandonment No. 2002-00054)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did, by
resolution duly adopt, declare its intention to vacate certain public
streets, highways or public service easements pursuant to the Public
Streets, Highways and Service Easements Vacation Law while reserving
unto the City of Anaheim easements to maintain City property within
said abandoned right of way; and
WHEREAS, notice of a public hearing to consider said
vacation was posted and published in the manner prescribed by law;
and
WHEREAS, on the 6th day of August, 2002, a public hearing
was held to allow interested persons to submit evidence concerning
said proposed vacation; and
WHEREAS, the abandonment approved herein does not convey
right, title and interest to the abandoned property, which is
conveyed by separate quitclaim deed pursuant hereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby order the vacation of two public
utility easements at 1126 North Euclid Avenue, as more specifically
described as follows:
See Exhibit A attached hereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the vacation authorized by
this resolution shall not be effective until a certified copy of this
resolution is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Orange
County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is
hereby, authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of this
resolution to recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the
County of Orange upon the completion of all conditions set forth
herein, if any.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 6th th day of August ,
2002.

EXHIBIT "A"
THAT CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM,
COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
That certain easement for the conveyance of electrical energy as set
forth in a Grant of Easement recorded January 23, 1953 in Book
2626, Page 189, and that certain easement for public utility
purposes as set forth in an Easement Deed recorded February 6,
1979 in Book 13026, Page 1506, Official Records of Orange
County.
