A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 97R-101 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES
OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS
UNREPRESENTED PART-TIME
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated
February 24, 1998, that Resolution No. 97R-101 be amended in the manner hereinafter set
forth, effective February 20, 1998; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that amending
Resolution No. 97R-101 is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 97R-101
which established rates of compensation for classifications designated as Unrepresented Part-
Time.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim as
follows:
1. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 97R-101 be amended by adding the following
classification:
Classification
Salary Schedule
EMD Quality Coordinator
B 2960 D-E
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendment to Resolution
No. 97R-101 is February 20, 1998.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein, Resolution No.
97R-101 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the
