A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTIONS NO. 92R-18 AND
92R-22 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR
CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS PROFESSIONAL
AND ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated
February 24, 1998, that Resolutions No. 92R-18 and 92R-22 be amended in the manner
hereinafter set forth, effective February 20, 1998; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that amending
Resolutions No. 92R-18 and 92R-22 is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolutions No. 92R-18 and
92R-22 which established rates of compensation for classifications designated as Professional
and Administrative Management.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim as
follows:

That, Section 2 of Resolution No. 92R-18 (Professional) be amended by adding the

2. That, Section 2 of Resolution No. 92R-22 (Administrative) be amended by adding
the following classification:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendments to
Resolutions No. 92R-18 and 92R-22 is February 20, 1998.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein, Resolutions No.
92R-18 and 92R-22 shall remain in full force and effect.
