A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING
THE WAIVER OF NOTICE OF LICENSING
BY THE COUNTY OF ORANGE OF CERTAIN
PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM
WHEREAS, the County of Orange, Health Care Agency,
proposes to acquire a License for a Metropolitan Medical Response
System emergency site in 10,000 square feet of the Edison
International Field of Anaheim parking lot, located at 2000 East
Gene Autry Way Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS, Government Code Section 25351 requires the
County to notify the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim, in
writing, at least sixty days prior to entering into such License
Agreement, unless such notice is waived by resolution of the City
Council;
WHEREAS, the County has requested that the City Council
waive such sixty-day notice requirement.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has
determined the proposed project is in conformance with the
Anaheim General Plan;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the requested waiver of the sixty-day
notice required by Government Code Section 25351 is hereby
approved with respect to the aforementioned License.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 15th day of October,
2002.
