A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 2014-095 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF CREATING, DELETING AND/OR
MODIFYING CERTAIN CLASSIFICATIONS
DESIGNATED AS PROFESSIONAL
MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated June 21, 2016, that the need exists to create, delete and/or modify certain classifications
within the designation of Professional Management, effective July 1, 2016; and
WHEREAS, such additions, deletions and modifications require an amendment to
Section 1 of Resolution No. 2014-095, as amended; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that creating,
deleting and/or modifying such classifications to or within the designation of Professional
Management is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
CFCTTON 1
1. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2014-095, as amended, hereby further
amended by modifying the title of the following classifications:
Existing Classification Salary Range
Human Resources Development XCR06
Specialist I
Human Resources Development XCR10
Specialist II
Senior Human Resources XCR13
Development Specialist
New Classification Title Salary Range
Organizational Development XCR06
& Training Specialist I
Organizational Development XCR10
& Training Specialist II
Senior Organizational XCR13
Development & Training Specialist
Except as amended herein, Resolution No. 2014-095, as amended, shall remain in
full force and effect.
July 1, 2016.
The effective date of said amendment to Resolution No. 2014-095, as amended, is
The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this Resolution.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 21 st day of June , 2016, by the following role call vote:
