A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING
RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR
CLASSIFICATIONS ASSIGNED TO THE
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES
ASSOCIATION, GENERAL UNIT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated June 21, 2016, that the salary schedule and salary relationships be amended for job
classifications assigned to the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association, General Unit,
effective July 1, 2016; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
aforementioned amendment, is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.

1. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim that, effective July 1, 2016, the basic compensation plan for all officers and
employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be employed in
the classifications listed below shall be allocated to the following salary schedule:
Classification Step Salary
Fire Community Risk Reduction Officer I 4-9 $33.38 - $42.60
Fire Community Risk Reduction Officer lI 4-9 $37.08 - $47.33
Fire Community Risk Reduction Officer III 4-9 $40.79 - $52.06
2. That effective July 1, 2016, that Appendix A, Salary Relationships be
amended by creating and allocating classification titles as follows:

Except as amended herein, classifications assigned to the Anaheim Municipal
Employees Association, General Unit, shall remain in full force and effect.
The effective date of said amendment to classifications assigned to the Anaheim
Municipal Employees Association, General Unit, as amended, is July 1, 2016.
The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this Resolution.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 21 st day of June , 2016, by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Mayor Tait and Council Members Kring, Murray, Brandman,
and Vanderbilt
