A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2014-061
WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR
JOB CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS
CONFIDENTIAL
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated July 26, 2016, that Resolution No. 2014-061 be amended in the manner set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that amending
Resolution No. 2014-061 is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 2014-
061, which established rates of compensation for job classifications designated as Confidential.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE City Council of the City of
Anaheim that Section 1 of Resolution No. 2014-061 be amended to read as follows:
Section 1:
That, effective July 1, 2016, the basic compensation plan for all officers and
employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be employed in
any of the classifications listed below shall be allocated to the following salary ranges:

Section 2:
Employees hired to work on a part-time basis in any of the classifications listed
in Section 1 of this Resolution will be compensated at the hourly rate of pay established for the
full-time classifications.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendment to
Resolution No. 2014-061 shall be the date of adoption by City Council.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein,
Resolution No. 2014-061 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim this 26th day of July, 2016, by the following roll call vote:
