A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING
IRREVOCABLE OFFERS OF DEDICATION OF
CERTAIN PROPERTY AND/OR FACILITIES
(TRACT NUMBERS 14078, 15500 (in
part), 15837, 15861 and 15422)
WHEREAS, certain interests in streets, public utility
easements and public improvements were irrevocably offered to the
City of Anaheim as a condition of map approval for Tract Maps
No. 14078, 15500 (excepting South Remington Street), 15837, 15861
and 15422 as set forth more particularly in the tract maps for
said tracts available for review in the Public Works Department;
and
WHEREAS, the foregoing irrevocable offers of dedication
were made in the Ownership Certificates of the subject tract
maps, and the City did not accept the offers at the time of final
map approval; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to the acceptance of
said irrevocable offers of dedication have been fully met or
otherwise have occurred, and all public facilities included
therein have been inspected and determined to be acceptable by
the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable and in the best interests of
the City of Anaheim to accept said offers of dedication and the
facilities described herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following
properties or interests therein, including any facilities
described, be, and they are hereby, accepted by the City of
Anaheim, to wit:
Ail those interests offered on the Ownership
Certificate as shown on the maps of Tract No. 14078,
Instrument No. 93-0574698 as recorded in Book 700,
Page 41, of Miscellaneous Maps in the Office of the
County Recorder of the County of Orange.
Ail those interests offered on the Ownership
Certificate as shown on the maps of Tract No.
15500(excepting South Remington Street),
Instrument No. 19980475169 as recorded in Book 772,
Pages 1-6, of Miscellaneous Maps in the Office of the
County Recorder of the County of Orange.
Ail those interests offered on the Ownership
Certificate as shown on the maps of Tract No. 15837,
Instrument No. 20000186506 as recorded in Book 798,
Pages 44-50, of Miscellaneous Maps in the Office of the
County Recorder of the County of Orange.
Ail those interests offered on the Ownership
Certificate as shown on the maps of Tract No. 15861,
Instrument No. 20010775916 as recorded in Book 823,
Pages 39-42, of Miscellaneous Maps in the Office of the
County Recorder of the County of Orange.
Ail those interests offered on the Ownership
Certificate as shown on the maps of Tract No. 15422,
Instrument No. 19980908415, as recorded in Book 778,
Pages 40-42, of Miscellaneous Maps in the Office of the
County Recorder of the County of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim this 28th day of 3anuar¥ ,
